We can renovate an existing landscape to include color and year round interest, install a complete landscape for your new or existing home, incorporate water features to compliment your garden, install lighting to enhance your garden and security, and coordinate hardscaping elements such as stonework, trellis’, benches, and statuary.

Initial On-Site Visitation:
Meeting with homeowner. Setting specifications and requirements. Identifying short-term and long-term needs.

Site Analysis:
Identifying soil types, microclimate, drainage, structures, and vegetation that affect the landscape design.

Site Survey:
Listing and measuring of existing plants, hardscapes, and utilities.

Site Plan:
24" x 36" scaled, created from homeowner property plot.

Preliminary Drawing:
Plan identifies planting areas, types of plants and recommended solutions to problem areas.

Review:
Presentation to homeowner, explanation of plan and feedback.

Revision:
Incorporates any changes and/or revisions.

Final Presentation:
Final landscape drawing delivered. Plan lists individual plants, cultivars, size and quantities. Plan also lists recommended lighting features and hardsurface recommendations.

Prior contracts take precedence:
Work is to be done on first come, first serve basis. Suitable property plot survey showing property lines, utilities and residence to be provided by homeowner. Cost estimate is based on hours of design time, 2 site visits and materials.
